On December 5, 2024, the Court signed an Order Requiring Turnover and Appointing Receiver, as supplemented extending receivership in Cause No. 82,494-L2, SRS Distribution Inc. v. Beer Roofing and Remodeling, LLC and Austin Beer aka Austin Skylor Beer and Bailey Howell, aka Bailey Marie Howell, In the County Court at Law No. 2 of Randall County, Texas.

The Court appointed Peter Ruggero as the Receiver.

All property of the Defendant is held in the Receivership and any transfer of such property without the Receiver or Court's approval is void.
