On December 18, 2025, the Court signed an Order Appointing Receiver, as supplemented extending receivership, in J2-CV-25-00719, Statewide Patrol, Inc. v. MIA Sawyers Holdings LLC dba Sawyer's Mill Apartments, In the Justice Court, Precinct Two of Travis County, Texas.

The Court appointed Peter Ruggero as the Receiver.

All property of the Defendant is held in the Receivership and any transfer of such property without the Receiver or Court's approval is void.
