On May 7, 2025, the Court signed an Order Requiring Turnover and Appointing Receiver in Cause No. 1231153; Thomas Thomason aka Tom Thomason v. LIVT, CORP, In the County Court at Law No. 1 of Harris County, Texas. The Court appointed Peter Ruggero as the Receiver.

All property of the Defendant is held in the Receivership and any transfer of such property without the Receiver or Court's approval is void.
