On 6/18/2025, the Court signed an Order Requiring Turnover and Appointing Receiver in Cause No. CV-2024-01384 in the County Court at Law No. 2 of Denton County, Texas,  that created a Receivership as to all the property of Unleashed LGBTQ, LLC ("Defendant"). The Court appointed Peter Ruggero as the Receiver.

All property of the Defendant is held in the Receivership and any transfer of such property without the Receiver or Court's approval is void.
