Aspen Heights Construction

On June 18, 2021, the Court signed an Order Appointing Turnover Receiver was entered in Cause No. DC-20-15745, In the 192nd District Court of Dallas County, Texas creating a Receivership as to property of Aspen Heights Construction LLC. The Court appointed Peter Ruggero as the Receiver.

All property of  Aspen Heights Construction LLC is held in the Receivership and any transfer of such property without the Receiver or Court's approval is void.

 

The Receivership arises from a Judgment in excess of $7,200,000.00 or $7.2 million entered against Aspen Heights Construction LLC.
